We just passed Memorial Day, and the energy is high coming into summer! From the big Western Days kickoff to community walks and endurance rides, there’s something for every local this weekend. Let’s get out and enjoy our beautiful valley.

🤠 Twin Falls Western Days – Annual Fair, Free admission! Food vendors, commercial vendors, live music, carnival rides, and community fun all weekend long. Theme: Celebrating America’s 250th.

🐴 Pioneer Endurance Ride (AHA Region 4 Championship) – May 29–31 at City of Rocks, near Almo, ID. Multi-day equestrian event with a long-distance race competition paired with non-competitive 25/50mile Intro rides for the public, including Free trail rides for juniors. Great for horse lovers!
👨🦽Special Olympics Idaho Summer State Games – Opening Ceremony & Dinner Friday night; main Games on Saturday. Cheer on local athletes!

🏩 Inked at The Burley Inn - Tattoo Expo with Tattoo artists, piercings, vendors, food, and more from across the region. $5 admission. Located at Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center, 800 N Overland Ave, Burley.
⛳ Twin Falls Cup Golf Tournament - At Twin Falls Municipal Golf Course. Morning and afternoon flights, lunch, poker tournament, prizes.
🏊 Oakley Kids Triathlon - Register 6pm at Oakley City Park, $10. Race begins 6:45. Food, games, and Pool party after. Fundraiser for the Oakley Scout Troop.

👣 Make-A-Wish Idaho Walk For Wishes Magic Valley
A family-friendly fundraising walk benefiting Make-A-Wish® Idaho. The event will feature a Kid Zone, food vendors, and more for all ages to enjoy. Registration begins at 9:30am at Twin Falls Visitors Center | Walk begins at 10:30am.
🛠️ Burley Ace Hardware Grand Re-Opening
Celebration with giveaways, drawings, food, fun, and specials. Free to attend. Located at 2556 Overland Ave, Burley.

🎉 America 250 Magic Valley Field of Honor Flag Tour
Patriotic display with 250 U.S. flags and colonial flags honoring service and history. Good memorial week event to go and remember what and who made our country great. Open till 8:00 PM at the Twin Falls County Courthouse. Free.

🌉Perrine Bridge site of 22 Jumps Fundraiser
Twin Falls’ iconic bridge was jumped off of 22 times last Saturday, by 2 base jumpers as a fundraiser for military veterans. Did you know that the Perrine Bridge is the only bridge in the US that you can base jump off of without a permit?
🤝 Magic Valley Group Honors 13 Veterans with Handmade Quilts
A local Quilts of Valor ceremony in Twin Falls recognized veterans, including a 101-year-old WWII veteran.
🥩A Filer HS student gets scholarship for Meat Judging! Keegan Claiborne isn’t going to college on a sports scholarship, but on meat judging where he won the state FFA contest last year.
